Our Intro to SUP courses are for complete beginners and take place in Penarth Marina.

We pride ourselves on getting everyone standing up and riding by the end of the session in a fun and social environment.
Wear clothes appropriate to the weather, ie quick dry training kit, wet suit boots/old trainers and/or summer wetsuit.
The SUP intro course will give you the skills and knowledge to enable you to get the most out of this great paddle sport!
You will learn essential safety information, how to get the most out of the equipment and the core skills to get you up paddling efficiently and in control.
All taken care of by our qualified WSA SUP Coaches.
Included in the course is equipment hire of Board, leash, buoyancy aid and paddle.

Once you have booked and paid for your paddle we will need you to fill out the relevant forms on our forms page. These will be automatically emailed to us.
We have put all the administration online so that we maximise your time in the water rather than hanging around filling out forms before your session.
