World Oceans Day Celebration – Litter Pick (SUP & Tender) – Saturday 24th June 2023
As part of World Oceans Day, we are doing our bit to help clean the rivers into the bay.
Join us for a litter pick followed by BBQ on The Deck Jetty Bar.
Both the SUP and tender litter pick will commence from Channel View at 3pm, the tenders will depart from Penarth marina at 2:30 pm ready to meet everyone at Channel View. We are allowing 2 hours for the litter pick and then head back to The Deck for a BBQ at 6pm on the Jetty Bar. We’re inviting people to try and collect two bags of litter!
To book on please add a place for each person that can attend whether its on a small rib or tender from the marina or a SUP launching from Channel View. You will need to bring your own boards.
The event is open to all comers, berth holders, club members & non-members alike! £10 per person to include a burger on the Jetty Bar at The Deck afterwards. All proceeds going to the RNLI.
